Yes. Every Kivana product is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and never will. We are also Leaping Bunny certified.

The majority of our products are vegan. Our Oat Cleansing Balm contains beeswax (cera alba), which is the only exception. All other products are fully vegan.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout. All orders over $95 receive free standard shipping automatically.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products. If a product has caused a reaction, please contact us and we will work with you on a solution.

All our formulations are dermatologist-tested and free from sulfates, parabens, artificial fragrances, and harsh alcohols. They are designed to be gentle enough for sensitive skin, though we always recommend patch testing a new product.

We use PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials in our packaging, and all outer packaging is made from FSC-certified paper. We are actively transitioning to refillable formats across our best-selling products by 2025.
